Team Coaching can occur on the individual level or with the entire unit. Team coaches work with the following individuals to achieve specific outcomes:

Where does the coaching take place and for how long?
Team Coaching takes place at your office. The coach attends team meetings to become familiar with the group's issues. They will then address specific obstacles to group productivity and establish structural changes that will improve working relationships. Coaching an entire team can occur on an ad hoc basis, particularly to help a new team in formation or an existing team facing challenges or transition.
One-on-one coaching for team leaders or individual team members requires one meeting at your office of 1-2 hours to establish goals and objectives. Once a relationship is established, the coaching session can often take place over the phone. Subsequent sessions typically run for 45 minutes. The duration of the coaching engagement is situation specific.
