Information Swap
Engaging in a team initiative will allow your group experience, thus becoming a great resource; but when others success becomes the burden your team must bear, will you have all the right information? In this highly engaging activity, no team can stand alone. Every group’s ability to ultimately succeed is contingent on another team’s experience.

Two sub-teams must work separately to achieve success in two separate activities. However, each team's combined success is directly connected to their ability to share information and best practices regarding the activity they just completed with the other team. This activity emphasizes the unique characteristics of sharing best practices, learning "on the fly," inter- and intra-team dependency, and effective listening and communication.

Debrief for a powerful learning experience
Experiential learning activities are based on the principles of experiential education, and serve as the basis for engaging team building programs that deliver high impact team and leadership skills development. Debriefing occurs after the activity and is an important process designed to synergize, strengthen, and transfer learning from the experience to real-life, on-the-job situations. Our professional facilitators can tailor, modify, and debrief each activity to meet the specific needs of your team.
